Business Planning Director

As a key member of our Tactical Planning Team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our Bread, Other Bakery, and Primary Distribution processes meet our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain the Weekly Planner spreadsheet to optimize performance and resolve issues.
- Chair daily operations conference calls to drive continuous improvement and maximize utilization.
- Escalate customer-facing issues to Supply Chain and Commercial stakeholders.
- Identify and implement corrective actions in collaboration with bakery and head office teams.
- Support strategic planning for key events like Christmas, Easter, and product launches.
- Maintain base data in planning systems and operate the Tactical Planning shift rota.
- 3+ years of Supply Chain planning experience in FMCG.
- IT and spreadsheet literacy, with experience in SAP.
- Excellent analytical skills, with attention to detail and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to review, improve, and implement better business processes.
