Job Title: Credit Controller

We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our team at DP World. As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing our company's cash flow and ensuring timely payments from our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and analyze customer accounts to identify potential credit risks
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce bad debt and improve cash flow
  • Communicate with customers to resolve payment disputes and negotiate payment plans
  • Monitor and report on credit trends and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient processing of customer payments
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Credit Control or similar role
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
