About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Conveyancing team as a Conveyancing Administrator. As the first point of contact for new enquiries, you will work closely with fee earners to prepare and provide cost quotations and information to potential new clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming calls, handle queries, and refer calls to the relevant person.
  • Open and file post in the correct manner.
  • Support home workers by printing letters, scanning documents, and filing original documents.
  • Assist fee earners on the day of completion by ensuring all funds are in, chasing lenders, and arranging payments.
  • Complete all letters and arrange for payments, including SDLT submissions.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with administration experience who is keen to work in conveyancing. Experience in a conveyancing team is welcome, but not essential, as full training will be provided.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A proactive approach and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
