About the RoleAs a Male Support Worker, you will be responsible for:
- Providing person-centred support to individuals with Autism and/or Learning disabilities
- Developing and maintaining relationships with service users and their families
- Contributing to the development of individualised care plans
- Managing challenging behaviours and providing de-escalation techniques
- Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care
