About the Role

As a Male Support Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing person-centred support to individuals with Autism and/or Learning disabilities
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with service users and their families
  • Contributing to the development of individualised care plans
  • Managing challenging behaviours and providing de-escalation techniques
  • Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care
