Requirements:

  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and understanding of the residential sales market.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
