Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of Partners to achieve exceptional results and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and other key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing team members to ensure succession planning and talent development.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a retail or customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others, build strong relationships, and drive results through influence.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
