Assistant Headteacher

We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Headteacher to join our leadership team as a SENDCo. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and passionate individual to make a meaningful impact on the education and welfare of our students.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of SEND strategies to ensure outstanding provision and equal opportunities for students with SEND.
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to provide high-quality education and support for students with SEND.
- Contribute to the school's leadership team, providing guidance and support to colleagues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Proven experience as a SENDCo or in a similar leadership role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies.
- Passion for ensuring outstanding outcomes for students with SEND.
