Assistant Headteacher

We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Headteacher to join our leadership team as a SENDCo. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and passionate professional to make a real difference in the lives of our students.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of SEND strategies to ensure outstanding provision and equal opportunities for students with SEND.
- Work closely with teachers and support staff to ensure that students with SEND receive the best possible support and guidance.
- Collaborate with other leaders to develop and implement school-wide initiatives to improve outcomes for students with SEND.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of school policies and procedures related to SEND.
- Provide guidance and support to teachers and support staff on SEND-related matters.
- Proven experience of leading and managing teams to achieve outstanding outcomes for students with SEND.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- Ability to analyze data and use it to inform decision-making and drive improvement.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Passion for ensuring that all students, regardless of their needs, have access to high-quality education and support.
