We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to lead our Indirect Sourcing efforts across the Valeo Foods Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering category objectives, cost reduction programs, and a competitive advantage in line with our business strategy and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Category Management: Develop and deliver best-in-class sourcing strategies for indirect categories, including Energy, Capex, MRO, and Marketing.
- Sourcing and Negotiation: Recommend optimal sourcing approaches and negotiate with suppliers to achieve business goals.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and manage category-related risks.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including supply chain, marketing, and technical teams.
- Team Leadership: Manage and develop a small team of procurement professionals.
- Education: Graduate qualification as a minimum.
- Experience: In-depth experience in strategic sourcing of indirect categories, including Energy, Capex, MRO, and Marketing.
- Skills: Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, analytical and quantitative skills, and ability to lead and influence multiple stakeholders.
