Job Summary:
The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our fully automated manufacturing site in Stroud. This includes performing planned and reactive maintenance, as well as participating in continuous improvement and reliability projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure and ensure optimal performance
- Conduct troubleshooting and repair of complex mechanical and electrical systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Develop and maintain documentation for maintenance procedures and schedules
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an industrial maintenance role
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills, including experience with CNC machinery
