What You Can Expect as Senior EMC Engineer
- Technical leadership of EMC validation test programs, from small to large-scale projects
- Supervising the setup and execution of various EMC tests, ensuring compliance with test specifications
- Providing accurate test time estimates to support the quotation process
- Collaborating with the EMC Technical Manager on technical improvements and accreditation activities
- Designing and conducting non-standard tests to meet special requirements
- Recording product condition or behavior during and after testing, creating concise and clear test records
- Working as part of a large team to coordinate testing activities and maintain test facilities
- Monitoring test equipment and reporting anomalies or faults
- Working closely with clients to resolve EMC test failures through investigative work
Your Profile as Senior EMC Engineer
- Hold a degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent qualification with a strong foundation in Physics
- Minimum 5 years of practical test experience in a controlled test environment, working to Automotive or Aerospace test Standards
- Familiarity with testing, monitoring, and control instruments
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and record-keeping
- Effective communication and customer interaction skills
