About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Search. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Present and demonstrate our products and services to customers, highlighting their benefits and value proposition
- Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Results-driven and target-oriented, with a strong desire to achieve sales success
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle objections and close deals
