Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Acquisition: Identify, develop, and acquire customers within your sales plan.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed revenue targets and sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Relationship Management: Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Process Compliance: Adhere to Aggreko's sales process and comply with all CRM and CPQ processes.
- Legislation Monitoring: Analyze key account-related legislations and propose developments to meet customer and legislative needs.
Requirements:
- Experience working within the Hire/Rental industry, preferably with Temperature Control products.
- Experience in the construction industry would be beneficial.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a commercial environment.
- A proactive, hunter-style mentality for new business development.
- Forward-thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
- A strong ability to develop stakeholder relationships and collaborate across teams.
