Senior Manager, Medical Device Integration

We're seeking a Manager, CareAware Device Integration to drive success as part of our Device Integration team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the technical delivery team passionate about delivering consulting implementation services to clients throughout Europe for medical device connectivity products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all business standards and service levels are met for project deployments, managing the business practices to ensure client success is achieved as it relates to their medical device interoperability goals.
- Contribute to the vision, strategy, planning, evaluation, design, development, and implementation of products across clients that incorporate the programs mission.
- Develop process improvements and evolve the overall Oracle Health technology strategy for CareAware Device Integration products.
- Contribute to the development of the overall solution roadmap and ensure that implementation operating procedure aligns. This includes ensuring infrastructure architecture meets standards, improves efficiency, and supports platform compatibility.
- People management responsibilities include seeking to understand disagreements, ensuring all perspectives are heard, and facilitating a plan for resolution.
- Delegate work appropriately, provide clear expectations, follow up to ensure progress, and overcome roadblocks. This requires the ability to adjust priorities based on team needs, client goals, and business direction.
- Lead by example, sharing knowledge and experiences with the team. Be responsible for maintaining a respectful work environment where you advocate for your team, create accountability, and recognize their accomplishments.
- Travel up to 40%.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare IT, Management Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience related to the role, including at least 2 years of healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, business operations, and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience.
- 2 years of people management, matrix management, project management, or other indirect leadership work experience.
- Previous experience with the Cerner CareAware iBus and related CareAware products.
- Previous experience with health system operations.
- Cerner Millennium application experience.
