About the Role:

Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic and dependable Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools in their educational endeavors. We offer both full-time and part-time positions, allowing you to choose the working hours that best suit your availability.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects to students in Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. Your key duties will include maintaining classroom management, ensuring a positive learning environment, and upholding school behavior policies. This role is vital in ensuring that students continue to learn effectively in the absence of their regular teachers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver pre-planned lessons to students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
  • Manage classroom behavior and ensure a conducive learning environment.
  • Supervise students during lessons and support their educational progress.
  • Adhere to school policies and procedures.
  • Assist with other classroom and school duties as required.
