The successful candidate will provide day-to-day support and strategic HR advice to the Regional Operations Director and site General Managers to achieve business goals, including leading the people agenda for change/transformation work and ensuring the smooth delivery of the operational HR service across Northern regional sites.
This role requires someone with confidence and enthusiasm to travel to 9 sites as required, with one day from home to catch up on correspondence and admin. The role offers self-management and autonomy over the work diary, but it is a busy and active role covering a wide geography, requiring someone able to commit to changing schedules.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within the support services sector, but transferable skills are also valuable. The role offers a genuine business partnering opportunity and the responsibility to deliver a first-class HR service that positively impacts the business and its employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day HR support to Regional Operations Director and site General Managers
