Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Searcys. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving quality and consistency in our restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service delivery to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with senior managers, kitchen, and restaurant teams to plan, organize, and deliver exceptional service to our guests.
  • Build positive working relationships and communication methods with key departments.
  • Brief the restaurant team on all aspects of the business and oversee the running of service.
  • Lead supervisors, waiters, and colleagues to ensure exceptional guest service and high standards of attention to detail.
  • Implement staff induction and mandatory training within the first three months of employment and monitor staff performance during probation.
  • Monitor daily standards achieved in your department and report any areas of concern to the General Manager.
  • Ensure all staff present themselves correctly for duty and are well-groomed while on duty.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in people management.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment and work well under pressure.
  • Meticulous organizational abilities, high attention to detail.
  • Concise and effective verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to adapt to challenges and opportunities with a solution-oriented perspective.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and critical reasoning skills.
  • Creative, positive energy, self-directed, amiable, and composed under pressure; helpful and humble.
