We are seeking dedicated Triage Handlers for a prominent client, Pertemps. As a 'Covid Response Customer Support Specialist', your primary responsibility will be to engage with clients utilizing Private Healthcare/Medical Insurance.

Your role will focus on addressing the refunds owed to customers who were unable to utilize their premium services during the Covid-19 pandemic, as private facilities were repurposed to assist the NHS in caring for vulnerable individuals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicating with clients through phone, email, and text channels
  • Reviewing refund amounts and confirming that clients have received their payments
  • Ensuring clients are aware of the need to cash their payments and understanding any reasons for delays
  • Managing all interactions with empathy, professionalism, and care
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
  • Experience in handling both inbound and outbound communications
  • A strong work ethic, reliability, and enthusiasm
  • Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal
  • A demonstrated compassionate approach, engaging with clients in a friendly and approachable manner
Working Conditions, Compensation, and Additional Information:
  • Work hours will be Monday to Friday, with shifts from either 9am to 4:30pm or 9:30am to 5pm.
  • The pay rate is £13.14 per hour, with the flexibility to receive payments weekly or monthly while contracted through Pertemps. This position is temporary.
  • The assignment is expected to last for a few months, with potential for permanent placement at the conclusion of the temporary period, though this is not guaranteed.
  • This role is primarily remote; however, attendance at the office may be required if necessary.
Please note: Successful candidates will need to complete several compliance policies before commencing work with Pertemps.
