Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our Paediatric Adolescent Haematology Oncology Unit as a Multidisciplinary Team Coordinator. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the achievement of national cancer targets and facilitating the delivery of weekly MDT meetings.

Main Duties
  • Monitor patient pathway progress and support the achievement of national cancer targets.
  • Facilitate data collection for diagnosed and suspected cancer patients and enter the information onto appropriate database(s).
  • Monitor and facilitate the progress of patients on cancer diagnostic/treatment pathways.
  • Provide information to support achievement of the national cancer waiting times targets.
  • Act as the focal point for the multidisciplinary teams and organise, coordinate and ensure appropriate documentation of the weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings.
