Transform Digital Policing with Staffordshire Police

Staffordshire Police is seeking a skilled Programme Manager to lead the delivery of digital transformation initiatives. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of programmes that drive digital policing forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple programmes concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, and develop strategies to overcome challenges.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to colleagues to enhance their programme management skills.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including consultancy and contractor partners.
  • Ensure compliance with Agile methodologies and other industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in programme management, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Excellent technical knowledge, with a deep understanding of Agile and other methodologies.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective training programmes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
