Staffordshire Police is seeking a skilled Programme Manager to lead the delivery of digital transformation initiatives. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of programmes that drive innovation and improvement in digital policing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of multiple programmes concurrently, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior police officers, consultants, and contractors.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to colleagues on programme management best practices and Agile methodologies.
  • Collaborate with the DDaT Manager to ensure alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the successful delivery of programmes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in programme management, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong technical knowledge, with experience in Agile and other methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2).
  • Ability to think strategically, with a focus on delivering business value.
