Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain a safe environment in our swimming pool, spa pool, sauna, and steam room facilities.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a friendly, relaxed, and professional atmosphere for all visitors.
- Respond promptly and effectively to any incidents or emergencies that may arise.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized pool area, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Develop and maintain ongoing training records, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Requirements:
- National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
