Lead Academic Digital Innovation

City, University of London seeks a visionary Director of Digital Transformation to spearhead our academic journey into the future.
Reporting directly to the Vice-President (Digital and Student Experience), you will be instrumental in shaping the university's digital strategy across all facets of its operations: education, research, enterprise, and student experience.
This is a unique opportunity to build a dedicated Digital Innovation and Transformation team, fostering collaboration and driving impactful change within our esteemed institution.
Your Responsibilities- Collaborate with academic leaders across the university to define a comprehensive digital transformation vision aligned with City's strategic goals.
- Orchestrate existing digital initiatives, ensuring a cohesive and impactful approach to innovation.
- Champion a student-centric approach, embedding their voices and needs at the heart of all digital transformation endeavors.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the university, fostering understanding and buy-in for our digital strategy.
We are seeking a dynamic leader with a proven track record in academic leadership and a deep understanding of the higher education landscape. You possess a strong grasp of digital transformation trends and their implications for students and staff, recognizing both the challenges and opportunities they present.
Your ability to connect individuals, translate ideas into tangible outcomes, and mobilize diverse teams will be crucial to your success in this role.
