Job Title: Assistant Aftersales Manager

Location: Edgware

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday and 1 in 4 Saturdays

Job Purpose: To drive customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering exceptional service and support in the Aftersales function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Aftersales Manager in leading the Service Department team to achieve business objectives.
  • Maximise the use of resources to ensure efficient operations and high customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement changes to enhance customer experience.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a car dealership environment.
  • Full and valid driving licence.
