We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nursery Room Manager to join our team at Busy Bees Cheam Sutton Nursery.

As a Senior Room Manager, you will play a key role in guiding and supporting the team, ensuring the highest standards of childcare and education are maintained. You will be responsible for observing, assessing, and planning for the children in your care, as well as providing developmentally challenging next steps and supporting the staff team.

About the Role

  • Lead and manage a team of practitioners to deliver high-quality childcare and education.
  • Ensure the nursery environment is safe, welcoming, and stimulating for children and staff.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with EYFS and other relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with the nursery management team to achieve business objectives and improve outcomes for children.
