About the Role

Prospectus is excited to be working with The Brooke, a renowned international animal welfare organization, to recruit for a Senior Acquisition and Welcome Officer.

The Brooke has been dedicated to improving the lives of working horses, donkeys, and mules, as well as the people who depend on them, since its founding in 1934.

With a presence in Africa, Asia, and Latin America, The Brooke supports training, treatment, and programs to alleviate suffering and improve livelihoods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage key acquisition channels, including Direct Response Television (DRTV) and inserts, to support ambitious supporter growth as part of The Brooke's 5-year strategy.
  • Optimize acquisition activity as investment scales up in this area.
  • Lead DRTV efforts and deliver various other important activities, such as inserts and welcome journeys.
Requirements

We are seeking a highly organized individual with excellent communication, campaign management, and analytical skills.

Experience working on DRTV is required, and the ability to work with data to monitor and share results using Excel and/or dashboards is essential.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for international development and a strong understanding of digital fundraising, acquisition, DRTV, and telemarketing.
