Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Early Years Activity Coordinator to join our team at Ultimate Activity Camps. As an Early Years Activity Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding, structured sports, art, and play activities to our Early Years children, aged 4-5.

Key Responsibilities
  • Activity Delivery: Prepare and deliver engaging and interactive activities that promote participation, development, and enjoyment for our Early Years children.
  • Welfare and Safety: Continuously promote the welfare and safety of the children in your care, ensuring that all policies and procedures are adhered to.
  • Pastoral Role: Take a lead in maintaining the welfare and providing high-quality care for the children in your group, working closely with the Early Years Leader and parents as necessary.
  • Group Leadership: Welcome new children into your group, supervise and engage with them outside of activity times, and adapt activities to meet the individual needs of the children.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all children.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience working with children aged 4-5 in a sport, art, or education setting.
  • Qualifications: Confident instructor with good organisational and communication skills, flexible and able to adapt to dynamic situations.
  • Desirable: Experience working with Early Years aged children, delivering the EYFS, qualified to Level 2 in childcare or Early Years, or working towards a degree-level qualification in a related subject.
