Job Title: Associate Director Risk

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director Risk to join our team at WTW. As a key member of our Risk Consulting division, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients on risk management strategies and solutions.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in risk management and consulting, with experience in developing and implementing risk management strategies for clients. You will be responsible for leading projects, managing teams, and providing expert advice to clients on risk management best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects to help clients optimize their risk management strategies
  • Develop and implement risk management solutions for clients
  • Manage teams of risk consultants and provide guidance on risk management best practices
  • Provide expert advice to clients on risk management strategies and solutions
Requirements
  • Qualified actuary or equivalent with experience in risk management and consulting
  • Advanced computer modeling skills, including MS Office
  • Proficiency in one of R/R Shiny, Python, Power BI, RADAR, Igloo, and ResQ
  • Experience in building actuarial loss forecast models for non-life insurance risks
  • Capital modeling, reserving, and Solvency II experience desirable
