Job Title: Associate Director

Moody's RMS is seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for defining and delivering solutions that empower our customers to make better decisions.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the insurance industry and exposure management landscape. You will be responsible for developing and implementing go-to-market plans, gathering client feedback, and working cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement go-to-market plans tied to portfolio management solutions
  • Gather client feedback and market information to understand needs
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure proper investment and execution in support of product strategy
  • Represent Moody's RMS at industry events and conferences
  • Identify new market opportunities
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • 10+ years of experience in the insurance industry
  • 3+ years of experience working with insurance portfolio management, exposure management, or accumulations models or products
  • 5+ years of product management or similar experience
  • Business-driven with a passion for technology
  • High energy and drive
  • Ability to recognize and communicate customer acquisition opportunities and related revenue opportunities
  • Fast learner with strong analytical skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
