We are pleased to present this opportunity to join an international law firm, looking to recruit a Corporate Legal Support Specialist to their team.

The Role

The firm is searching for a driven, motivated Legal Support Specialist, with corporate experience.

This award-winning firm is located across the world, providing advice to its client sectors including banks, pension funds, institutional investors, private equity funds, developers, public and private companies, and HNW individuals.

As part of the corporate team, you will be providing support on a range of matters including M&A, and corporate finance, both nationally and internationally.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Supporting fee earners with preparing/drafting legal documentation
  • Inbox and complex diary management
  • Supporting the Business Development Team with organisation of events
  • Scheduling meetings and coordinating travel
  • Amending and proofreading legal documents
  • Supporting the billing process and liaising with the finance
