Assistant Service Leaders who are dedicated to improving the quality of life for those we support are integral to our management teams. We are currently seeking an exceptional Assistant Service Leader to join us in overseeing our Female residential service in Witham. This facility provides a welcoming and supportive atmosphere with a vibrant team that assists a wonderful group of Females.
Our Assistant Service Leaders will be tasked with supervising a team of staff aimed at empowering individuals to achieve greater independence in their daily routines. Responsibilities may include developing and executing personalized support plans, conducting assessments of care needs, recruiting and onboarding new staff, performing supervisions/appraisals, ensuring medication competencies and audits are completed, participating in multi-disciplinary meetings, preparing reports, and generally supporting the Registered Manager in the daily operations of our service. You will maintain focus on the reason for your role, as our Assistant Service Leaders play a crucial part in team leadership and adopt a hands-on approach to care management.
Participation in the on-call rota and administrative duties will also be required.
