The Opportunity Hub UK is partnering with a leading Financial Services firm specializing in distressed and illiquid markets. This innovative firm is renowned for its unique approach to sourcing and managing complex investment opportunities.

We are seeking a highly motivated Credit Analyst with expertise in high yield and distressed debt to join their dynamic team.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth credit analysis of high yield and distressed debt issuers, encompassing financial statement analysis, covenant review, and comprehensive risk assessment.
  • Perform thorough industry and market research to identify investment opportunities and evaluate macroeconomic factors influencing credit markets.
  • Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to forecast company performance and analyze various financial scenarios.
  • Collaborate closely with portfolio managers, traders, and other analysts to provide critical support for the investment decision-making process.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all relevant regulations and internal policies.
Your Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in credit analysis, ideally within high yield and distressed debt markets.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
  • Strong industry knowledge and genuine interest in Financial Assets.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary ranging from £100,000 to £150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
