Key Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships with patients and ensure regular communication prior to and following their treatment
  • Assist in patient consultations and introduce patients to their optometrist
  • Scan patients' eyes using state-of-the-art equipment as part of a full health check
  • Accurately maintain patient records and schedule treatment dates
  • Discuss finance options and provide excellent customer service
