We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Patient Advisor. As a Patient Advisor, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring that our patients receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with patients and provide regular communication prior to and following their treatment
  • Assist in patient consultations and provide support to our optometrists
  • Use state-of-the-art equipment to scan patients' eyes as part of a full health check
  • Accurately maintain patient records and ensure that all necessary information is up-to-date
  • Discuss finance options with patients and provide guidance on available treatments
