As a Digital Communications Industrial Placement student, you'll play a vital role in creating impactful content across our digital channels. You'll work with a talented team to develop your skills in graphic design, video production, and social media marketing.

Training and Development

Throughout the 12-month placement, you'll receive comprehensive training and support to help you grow in your role. You'll work with a variety of digital hardware and software, including Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Canva. Our goal is to help you develop the skills and confidence you need to succeed in your future career.

Your Work Location

You'll be based in Brighton and Hove, with the opportunity to work from home and travel to London periodically. We're committed to providing a flexible and supportive work environment that allows you to thrive.

Who We're Looking For

  • Students on track to achieve or who have already achieved a 2:2 undergraduate degree or 2:2 postgraduate qualification in any discipline
  • Excellent knowledge of creative tools, such as Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and After Effects
  • Desire to learn and develop in a high-performing corporate communications team
