Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Operations Coordinator to join our team at Circle Health Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing clinical rotas across our healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Rotas Management: Develop and maintain clinical rotas in accordance with standard operating procedures, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient use of resources.
  • Change Management: Process and action clinic change requests, and oversee the clinic cancellation process to minimize disruptions.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Monitor slot utilization reports and provide insights to patient administration teams and clinical teams to inform decision-making.
  • Estate Management: Optimize estate usage by monitoring and analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Stock Control: Develop and maintain coordinated stock control systems across all estates, working closely with central procurement and finance teams.
Requirements
  • Full Driving License: Essential for travel between sites.
  • Health and Safety Knowledge: Desirable but not essential.
  • Healthcare Experience: Desirable but not essential.
  • Microsoft Office Skills: Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
