Account Director Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our team at Aston Charles Ltd. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for developing and executing account plans to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account plans to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key brokers and partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the general insurance industry, including working with senior leadership teams of sophisticated brokers or insurers
  • Strong business development and account management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Commercial insurance knowledge and experience
