Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Concorde BGW Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a professional sales function to drive the growth and profitability of our business.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a long-term sales strategy to drive business growth and profitability
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Work closely with the sales director to develop and deliver sales plans and targets
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and provide insights for business improvement
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure effective marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Manage and maintain a CRM system to track client and lead activity
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the construction sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales software
  • Full UK driving license

We offer a competitive salary, company car or car allowance, company bonus scheme, company pension, laptop, iPad, and mobile phone. The ideal candidate will be based in Nottingham or central within the Midlands and will be able to call both our Nottingham and Doncaster offices their base. The position is hybrid, with travel to other parts of the UK and some remote working opportunities.
