Job Description

In the capacity of Office Administrator, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Facilities Management and fellow team members to foster a secure and efficient work environment for all staff. Your duties will encompass overseeing office operations, organizing meetings and events, and managing a variety of administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Creating a friendly and inviting office atmosphere for employees and guests
  • Handling front desk operations and addressing incoming inquiries
  • Organizing meetings, reserving conference rooms, and managing office supplies
  • Liaising with external vendors and service providers
  • Ensuring adherence to health and safety standards
  • Supervising office upkeep and maintenance tasks
