Assistant Brand Manager - Nestlé Health Science

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Assistant Brand Manager to join our rapidly expanding and dynamic category at Nestlé Health Science. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in creating and executing brilliant marketing plans to achieve our growth ambitions in the UK&I.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support the brand team on various campaigns, product launches, and digital tactics to drive business growth and brand awareness.
  2. Manage cross-brand initiatives in line with brand strategies, ensuring seamless execution and optimal results.
  3. Monitor market trends, red flags, and new entrants, providing valuable insights to inform long-term planning and decision-making.
  4. Manage cross-brand budgets, ensuring effective allocation and ROI.
  5. Develop and manage cross-brand materials, including Compendium, website newsletters, App content, and cross-brand e-shots.
  6. Collaborate with the brand and digital teams to develop Omnichannel content, podcasts, and webinars that engage and educate our target audience.
  7. Assist with Integrated Commercial Planning and delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  8. Support the Head of Marketing in preparing for quarterly business reviews, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
  9. Assist Brand Managers in supporting and directing sales force teams, developing materials and toolkits to enhance their performance.
  10. Provide administrative support to the Marketing team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  11. Liaise with media, PR, creative, and digital agencies to land campaigns and brand plans, ensuring successful execution and ROI.
  12. Support the management of internal and external events, ensuring effective planning and execution.

Requirements

  1. Marketing or brand management experience, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
  2. Commercial acumen, with a strong understanding of P&L and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  3. Entrepreneurial spirit, with a drive to find creative solutions and challenge the status quo.
  4. Ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
  5. Strong communication and project management skills, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
