We are seeking a highly skilled Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Workforce Staffing Ltd. As a key member of our Engineering, Technical, Manufacturing, and Logistics team, you will be responsible for carrying out preventative and reactive maintenance tasks across our heavy industrial sites.

About the Role:

  • Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal plant performance
  • Install and repair machinery, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • Perform general welding and fabrication tasks
  • Conduct basic electrical fault finding and repair
  • Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced industrial environment

Requirements:

  • Apprentice-trained or time-served experience in mechanical maintenance
  • NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Mechanical Maintenance
  • Previous heavy industrial work experience
  • Slitting and Decoling machinery experience ideal
  • Basic electrical qualifications
  • Valid driving license
