Maintenance Engineer - Plastics Manufacturing

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at CEDAR GLEN PROPERTY MAINTENANCE INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing mechanical maintenance on production and process machinery within our plastics manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on production and process machinery
  • Carry out repairs and replacements of mechanical components
  • Work with the maintenance supervisor to develop and implement maintenance schedules
  • Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize production

Requirements:

  • Apprentice-trained or equivalent mechanical maintenance experience
  • Sound knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
