About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Administrator to join our team at Warner Leisure Hotels. As a key member of our Maintenance Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and manage work requests to ensure efficient allocation of resources
  • Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
  • Administer the maintenance process, including stock and asset management, to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with internal customers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Manage contractor relationships and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement process improvements

Requirements
  • Proven experience in a maintenance or facilities administration role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in computer and IT systems, including Microsoft Office and maintenance management software
