About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Maintenance Administrator to join our team at Warner Leisure Hotels. As a key member of our Maintenance Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our parks and facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and prioritize work requests to ensure efficient allocation of resources
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
- Administer the maintenance process, including stock and asset management, mobile device management, and contractor management
- Communicate effectively with internal customers, contractors, manufacturers, insurers, and suppliers to ensure seamless operations
- Manage the Goods In process and maintain accurate records

Requirements
- Highly competent and confident in computer and IT systems
- Evidence of previous administrative roles
- Able to present information confidently at all levels
- Highly service driven towards both 'Owners' and internal customers

Working Hours
