About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Maintenance Administrator to join our team at Warner Leisure Hotels. As a key member of our Maintenance Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our parks and facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and prioritize work requests to ensure efficient allocation of resources
  • Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
  • Administer the maintenance process, including stock and asset management, mobile device management, and contractor management
  • Communicate effectively with internal customers, contractors, manufacturers, insurers, and suppliers to ensure seamless operations
  • Manage the Goods In process and maintain accurate records

Requirements

  • Highly competent and confident in computer and IT systems
  • Evidence of previous administrative roles
  • Able to present information confidently at all levels
  • Highly service driven towards both 'Owners' and internal customers

Working Hours
