Key Responsibilities

  • Review and manage work requests to ensure efficient and effective delivery of maintenance services
  • Schedule and allocate work to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Administer the jobs process to ensure seamless communication with internal teams and contractors
  • Manage stock and asset control to optimize maintenance operations
  • Communicate effectively with internal customers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations
