We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Administrator to join our team at Warner Leisure Hotels. As a key member of our Maintenance Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our parks and facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and manage work requests to ensure efficient and effective delivery of maintenance services
- Schedule and allocate work to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Administer the jobs process to ensure seamless communication with internal teams and contractors
- Manage stock and asset control to optimize maintenance operations
- Communicate effectively with internal customers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations
