Job Title: Production Operator - Cleanroom

We work closely with authorities and healthcare professionals to ensure that our medicines are used appropriately and that patients have access to them.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Production Operator - Cleanroom to join our team at our Romford site.

The successful candidate will be involved in the production of high-quality pharmaceutical products, working in a time-sensitive and productivity-conscious environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring efficient changeovers and maintaining machinery to maximize batch yield
  • Working safely, methodically, and with purpose, adhering to cleanroom behavior
  • Minimizing quality and H&S errors at all times
Requirements

Our ideal candidate will have knowledge of cGMP and experience working in the pharmaceutical or a similar industry.

Full training will be provided, but the successful candidate will be process-driven, with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to follow written and oral instructions.

Individuals will be required to wear cleanroom garments and PPE, including powered respirators.

Due to the nature of the environment, candidates must be able to stand for extended periods and demonstrate good hygiene practice.

We offer a competitive salary, 25 days' holiday rising to 30 with length of service, plus bank holidays.

Job Type: Full-time, permanent

Pay: Up to £30,026 per annum, including a 31% shift allowance

Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 37.50 hours per week

Subject to operational needs, your shift will start between 10:00pm and 10:30pm and finish between 6:00am and 6:30am.
