We work closely with authorities and healthcare professionals to ensure that our medicines are used appropriately and that patients have access to them.

We are seeking a Production Operator - Sterile Manufacturing to join our team at our Romford site. The successful candidate will be involved in the production of high-quality pharmaceutical products, working under the guidance of the Production Lead and as part of a small team of motivated and talented individuals.

The Role

The Production Operator - Sterile Manufacturing will be responsible for:

  • Working in a time-sensitive and productivity-conscious environment
  • Applying knowledge to ensure efficient changeovers and machinery maintenance to maximize batch yield
  • Working safely, methodically, and with purpose, ensuring adherence to cleanroom behavior
  • Minimizing quality and H&S errors at all times

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of cGMP and experience working in the pharmaceutical or a similar industry. Full training will be provided. The successful candidate will be process-driven, with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to follow written and oral instructions.

The candidate must be able to stand for extended periods and perform manual handling tasks. Good hygiene practice and the ability to minimize the risk of contamination are essential.

Working Hours

37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm, alternating shifts, rotating weekly.
