Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Operator - Cleanroom to join our team at our Romford site. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the manufacture of high-quality pharmaceutical products in a cleanroom environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work in a time-sensitive and productivity-conscious environment to ensure efficient changeovers and maximize batch yield.
  • Apply your knowledge to maintain machinery and ensure that quality and H&S errors are minimized at all times.
  • Work safely, methodically, and with purpose, adhering to cleanroom behavior and protocols.

Requirements
  • Knowledge of cGMP and experience working in the pharmaceutical or a similar industry.
  • Process-driven with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to follow written and oral instructions.
  • Ability to wear cleanroom garments and PPE, including powered respirators.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual handling tasks.

Working Hours

Sunday to Thursday, 37.50hrs per week. Subject to operational needs, your shift will start between 10:00pm and 10:30pm and finish between 6:00am and 6:30am.
