We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Sales Adviser to join our team at Square Peg Associates Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, product advice, and pricing and quotations to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage customer sales enquiries and respond to product, pricing, quotations, and delivery requests
- Provide excellent and communicative customer service to all customers and suppliers
- Prepare customer quotations and process sales orders
- Build knowledge, rapport, and trust with customers
- Liaise with internal departments and team members to assist in resolving queries
- Liaise with external suppliers, 3rd party haulage companies, and customers
- Input accurate information into our in-house CRM system
- Utilize MS Word and Excel
- High level of customer service skills
- Previous experience of producing quotes and sales orders
- Strong attention to detail
- Superb communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and possess an outstanding telephone manner
- Able to build strong internal and external relationships and work in a fast-paced job role
