Job Title: Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our dynamic team at MKJ Ignite. As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our team members in their daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders and collaborate with our warehouse team to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Invoicing: Manage and issue invoices, ensuring every transaction is documented and processed without a hitch.
  • Credit Control: Oversee payment collections, track outstanding invoices, and work with customers to resolve payment issues.
  • Bookkeeping: Maintain up-to-date financial records, assist with monthly reconciliations, and keep an eye on company expenses.
  • Office Management: Keep the office in tip-top shape by managing supplies, organizing documents, and ensuring a productive workspace.
  • Founders' Support: Provide essential admin support to the CEO & Managing Director, helping them focus on growing the business.
Requirements:
